Sea Legs is specially formulated to provide effective relief for all the family whether travelling by car, plane, boat or coach. Taken the previous night or an hour before travelling they will help prevent sickness. Or take them for relief when you feel sickness coming on. The tablets are virtually tasteless, so they can be chewed or swallowed with water.
Active ingredients:
Each tablet contains Meclozine hydrochloride BP 12.5mg.
Gluten free.
Contraindications: Do no use in children under 6 years of age.
Precautions (check with pharmacist before use if any of the following apply):
If you have liver, bowel, prostate, bladder or eye problems (glaucoma); or if you have ever had a seizure.
If you are taking any other medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant.
Dosage: Maximum dose per day.
Adults and children over 12: two tablets
Children 6 to 12 years: one tablet
Take the night before travel or one hour before travel for the prevention of motion sickness. Dose can be repeated after 24 hours.
Warnings:
May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol. Avoid driving or operating machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine.
Tell your doctor immediately if you have a fast or irregular heat beat after taking Sea-Legs.
Side effects: Changes in vision, drowsiness, dizziness, restlessness, confusion, dry mouth and constipation.
